Refund policy

All our products are digital downloads. Because you get instant access, and you confirm before checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); ZVPot-1), all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the product page described, write to tassh@studio-merlin.com within 30 days with your order email. We will fix or replace the file, and if we can't, we will refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
